Athletic Event Supervisor (Winter Season)

Position: Athletic Event Supervisor

Reports to: Athletic Director

Position Goal: The Events Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing sports events and athletic programs, as well as overseeing facility logistics, while ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of event coordination experience

Qualifying Characteristics:

  • A clear testimony of Jesus Christ as his/her Savior
  • Ability to work and cooperate with TPCS staff members, administrators, parents, and students
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Primary Duties:

  • Overseeing events from planning to execution
  • Liaising with coaches, officials, vendors, and community members
  • Managing equipment and supplies
  • Overseeing the safety and well-being of all participants
  • Recruit, train, and assign coaches, officials, and scorekeepers, as well as schedule and oversee game-day staff
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods

This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position. This position will receive a stipend at the end of the athletic season.
